01Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on seductube.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on seductube.com where the material is located;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

03Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complainant. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.
04Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, content sources and partners that are repeat infringers.
05Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
